El Dorado, AR – Jan’s Realty is thrilled to announce a powerful new partnership in 2025 between Janice Long, the owner and operator of Jan’s Realty for over five decades, and Netasha Williamson, Union County’s top real estate agent since 2019. Together, these accomplished professionals bring a shared legacy of excellence, innovation, and community dedication to the El Dorado real estate market.
Celebrating over 50 years in real estate, Janice Long has built Jan's Realty into a thriving agency known for its dedication to client service and community impact. Long graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University and earned her Master's degree from Louisiana State University, where she was a member of the Gamma Sigma Delta Honor Society. Before founding Jan's Realty in 1972, she worked as a dietitian at Warner Brown Hospital and taught Home Economics at Strong and El Dorado high schools. Jan is also deeply involved in the local community, serving on the El Dorado Planning and Zoning Commission and attending Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.
Janice is married to Bobby Long, and they have three sons: Michael, Christopher, and Brandon. Over the years, Jan has maintained Jan’s Realty’s motto, "Everything We Touch Turns to Sold," establishing herself as a trailblazer and trusted advisor in the community.
Netasha Williamson entered real estate in 2016 and became a full-time agent in 2020 after a distinguished career as a corporate credit manager at Murphy Oil Company came to an end after the company’s move to Houston. Since becoming a full-time agent, Williamson has led sales since 2019 in Union County. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas at Monticello and earned her MBA from Southern Arkansas University in 2016. "This was supposed to be a part-time venture and my retirement plan," she shared, "but God opened doors for a new journey."
Williamson has been a prominent community leader, currently serving as President of the El Dorado Board of REALTORS, a member of the Union County Republican Women, and on the Planning and Zoning Board. She and her husband, Vance, have been married for 23 years and have two children, Garrett and Alexandra. The family attends Westside Baptist Church where Netasha serves on the Finance Committee.
Together, Janice Long and Netasha Williamson will bring unmatched experience, market knowledge, and dedication to clients throughout El Dorado and Union County.
